1. Digital-Only Products
All products sold on aboutlearning.com are digital education products unless otherwise stated.
No physical product will be shipped.
2. How Delivery Works
After successful payment, customers receive access to purchased courses, assessments, reports, or related digital learning materials through one or more of the following:
Account access — log in to aboutlearning.com to start your course or take your assessment
Email instructions — confirmation and access details sent to your registered email address
One-time, single-user access codes — issued by email when applicable
3. Delivery Timing
Access is usually available immediately after payment.
In some cases, access may require:
Account setup
Cohort enrollment (for live webinars — access begins on the cohort start date)
Email delivery (please check spam if you don't see our message within minutes)
Manual confirmation by our team
If you do not receive access within 24 hours of purchase, contact info@aboutlearning.com and we will resolve it.
4. Access Codes
Access codes are intended for one individual user only and may not be shared, resold, transferred, or used by multiple users unless expressly permitted in writing by About Learning, Inc.
Sharing or reselling an access code is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in revocation of access without refund.
5. Devices and Browsers
Our courses and assessments are designed to work on any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Live webinars are delivered via Zoom — please ensure you have Zoom installed (free at zoom.us) and a working camera/microphone.
6. Course Recordings (Live Webinars)
For Live Webinar cohorts, session recordings are made available within 24–48 hours after each session and remain accessible for at least 12 months from the cohort start date.
7. Certificates
Certificates of Completion are issued automatically by LearnWorlds upon meeting the course completion requirements (typically 100% lesson completion + passing score on assessments). Certificates are downloadable as PDF and include a verifiable URL.
8. Technical Support
If you experience a technical issue accessing or completing your course or assessment:
Try a different browser or device
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Contact info@aboutlearning.com with subject "Technical Issue — [Product Name]"
We aim to respond within 2 business days (most issues resolved same-day).
9. No Auto-Renewal
Courses and assessments purchased on aboutlearning.com are one-time purchases. There is no automatic renewal. You will not be charged again unless you initiate a new purchase.
Free preview courses are offered at no cost and do not automatically convert into paid courses or paid subscriptions.
